An authentic and warm setting

The Ablon property is a magnificent and spacious charming thatched cottage in Normandy, bathed in sunlight thanks to its many windows and large bay doors (South-Southwest). You will feel right at home. It is surrounded by fields with ponies and horses. The house has been completely renovated, preserving its authenticity while blending in essential modernity. Ideal for up to 8 guests, maximum 10.

The House

The living room is open to the dining area, creating a beautiful living space of 80 m².

The house is always bathed in sunlight thanks to its numerous windows (facing south) and large bay window (southwest). You will enjoy unforgettable evenings by the fire, gathered around the cathedral-style fireplace. A large flat-screen TV and a wide selection of books in the library are available for your relaxing evenings.

Modern open kitchen connected to the living room with direct access to the garden, right in front of the ponies.
The dining table seats 8 people and can be extended with an additional table.
A high chair for babies is available.
The office is a separate room, allowing you to work in complete privacy. Wi-Fi connection available.

A former owner was a renowned sailor who fell in love with the place and found his anchor here.

What do I love? The majestic pathway. The fireplace. The sunlight everywhere. Eating a pizza by the fire, feeding carrots to the ponies, and enjoying simple happiness.

1 Timber-framed bedroom with a double bed (140x190), perfect for easy and quick access, plus a separate office room.

Additional sleeping arrangements available

It is possible to add 2 additional single mattresses.
NOTE: These are 2 additional mattresses, not beds.
